Welcome to marzia.shop, operated by Tsuki CO. (TSUKIファッションデザイン株式会社). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Products

All artworks sold on this website are original, one-of-a-kind pieces created by Marzia Kjellberg using soft pastels. Each piece is unique, and only one is available per design. Product images are provided for reference; minor variations in color may occur due to screen differences.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable consumption tax.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time of purchase.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Parcels are shipped via Japan Post Service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Japan — Next Day
- Asia — ~10 days
- UK / Europe / CA / AU / NZ — ~2 weeks
- USA — ~3 weeks
- Other — ~3 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, we are unable to accept returns.
Refunds are not available for change of mind.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at artshopmarzia@gmail.com with photos of the damage. Refunds or replacements may be issued for items confirmed damaged in transit.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the artwork has been shipped. Email artshopmarzia@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Charitable Donations

At checkout, customers may choose a donation amount. Each month a charity is selected, and the total donation amount from sales will be donated by Marzia. Due to Japanese law, if the selected charity is registered outside of Japan, a 20% fee may be withheld from the donation for tax purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Tsuki CO. and Marzia Kjellberg. Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tsuki CO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
